Standard Specifications

The Sanitary Sewer and Recycled Water Standards (Standard Specifications) govern requirements, design, and all work in connection with main sewer, public and private laterals, and recycled water systems construction within the NapaSan service area (PDF). For questions about the Standard Specifications, please contact the NapaSan Engineering Department at 707-258-6000.

The Standard Specifications may be updated periodically. Please check that you have the most up-to-date version before designing or constructing your project.

NapaSan has updated portions of the Sanitary Sewer and Recycled Water Standards effective June 30, 2022.  Click here for a summary of these updates.
